What’s included
A clear plan for one workflow—nothing vague.
Before & after
From “we should do something with AI” to a plan you can act on.
Today
- A sense that things are slipping, but no clear place to start
- Worry about cost, customer data and getting it wrong
- Vendor pitches that are hard to compare
With the Blueprint
- One workflow, mapped and prioritized
- Known risks, and who approves what
- A fixed-scope plan you can build with us—or with anyone
Human in the loop
Your team stays in charge.
Approval points
- You choose the workflow we plan
- You sign off on every approval point
- Nothing is built without your go-ahead
Data safety
You own your data and your accounts. We use only the information a workflow needs, document where it lives and review your privacy obligations—including PIPEDA—before anything is built.
Escalation
The Blueprint defines which situations always go to a person—pricing, complaints, anything sensitive—before a single automation exists.
Who it’s for
For owners who want a plan, not a pitch.
Ideal if you know something is costing you time or customers but aren’t sure what to fix first, or if you want a clear scope before committing to a larger build.
Common use cases
- After-hours inquiries
- Quote follow-up
- Appointment reminders
- Client intake
- Repeat questions
- Order entry
Indicative investment
Clear pricing before any work begins.
The Blueprint is a fixed-price planning project. Where your project lands depends on:
- How many people and steps are involved
- How many systems need to be reviewed
- Whether an on-site workshop is needed
Typical project range · the Blueprint
C$1,000–2,000
A range, not a promise. Your fixed price is agreed in writing before we start.

No. The Blueprint call is a free, no-pressure conversation. The Blueprint itself is a paid, fixed-price planning project we’d only start if it makes sense for you.
No. The plan is yours. Many clients build with us, but the Blueprint is written so any capable provider could follow it.
Just a willingness to walk us through how the work happens today. We’ll ask for access to the relevant tools only if and when it’s needed.
Usually 30 to 60 days, depending on how quickly we can meet with the people involved.
